This is a plain-language summary for the current pre-launch stage of Jorts by Jordy. It will be replaced with full commercial terms before any real sale takes place.

What this site is

Jorts by Jordy is currently a pre-launch validation site for Drop 001, a prototype line of Party Jorts and Tourist Jorts. No products are in stock, no orders can be placed, and no payment is collected anywhere on this site.

What "reserving" means

Clicking "Reserve My Size" or completing the reservation form does not create a purchase, contract of sale, or binding order. It simply records your interest, contact details and preferred size so we can plan production and contact you before Drop 001 opens.

No guarantees

Reserving a size does not guarantee availability, final pricing, or that Drop 001 will launch on any particular timeline. Product features, materials, fit and pricing shown on this site are current prototype specifications and may change before final production.

Changes

We may update these terms, the site, or the product specifications at any time as Drop 001 development continues.
